REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Service Fee Is Non-Refundable

The ₹300 charged to the user is a non-refundable service fee for accessing a curated list of loan provider contact details.

2. No Cancellation Once Paid

Once the payment is completed, no cancellations will be accepted.

Users will receive instant access to the information they paid for.

3. No Refunds for Disputes With Loan Providers

We are not responsible for:

• Any disputes or fraud by the listed loan providers
• Rejection of loan applications by any third party

Please perform your own due diligence before engaging with any listed provider.

4. Incorrect Payment or Technical Errors

In case of:

• Double payments
• Incorrect deductions
• Technical failure in accessing details post-payment

Please contact our support within 3 days of the transaction. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
