1. Service Description: Liability Return Fund (LRF) provides an online directory of verified loan providers, financial tools and educational content. LRF is not a lender or financial institution.
2. Membership: One-time membership fee (₹300) grants access to member-only tools and verified provider contact details.
3. No Guarantee: LRF does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates or terms. All lending decisions rest with third-party providers.
4. User obligations: Users must provide accurate information and verify provider details before applying for loans.
5. Prohibited Uses: Misuse of contact data for spam, automated marketing, or illegal activities is prohibited and may lead to membership termination.
6. Limitation of Liability: LRF is not liable for loss caused by third-party providers or any decisions they take.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to courts in Gujarat.
